we’ve visited this place once before, gizmo and i. the cute little dude was sniffing around and ran into a hole! he came back out an hour later with a smol magical bottle in his paw and a parchment in his mouth.

“tasty essence,” it said. at least that’s what i think it said. i don’t know, it was hard to decode. i used it on a thousand of your fortune crackers! no one got food poisoning… right?

soooo why did i drag you all out here? look. this place has got to be full of secrets. you get me the alpha on this isle and i’ll give you my own alpha. if you’re fast, i’ll drop you some treats, too!

Nestled away in the deep corner of the metaverse lies the ruins of Alpha Isles. No one knows for certain what tragedy left it barren or the monstrous power that tore it down. Whispers and rumors tell us one thing—it was once home to an incredible species.

Now it is home to no one.

A malevolent aura plagues the atmosphere. Explorers who survive their ventures have left nothing to plunder. Those who failed the journey left only their bones.

The isles are now but a mere treasureless void…

Or is it?

This challenge is not for the feint of heart.

Only the most powerful teams will finish. Your endurance will be tested. You will get frustrated. You will rejoice every time you power through a tough clue only to get hardstuck on another.

Team cooperation is paramount. While no NFT is required to participate, you will need a team. Five people minimum, no max, and you must all be part of the same NFT discord server. A mod of the server must submit the final answer on behalf of the team. Kiko has no jurisdiction over other servers.

Kiko will be dropping alpha on her project as you make your way through the isles. Be one of the first to finish and you’ll win airdrops for your team. That is… if you can even make it all the way through.

Before we begin, let’s hit the checklist:

  1. Your team is your nft/alpha discord. Any nft-centric server may join the hunt!
  2. Teams must have at least 5 members. We suggest 25-100, but there is no max.
  3. No prior signup is necessary to begin.
  4. If you finish the hunt, a mod from your discord will need to submit…
    • their username#1234
    • a valid invite link to the discord (KikoMints#3333 may join) with access to the channel(s) used for the hunt
    • a headcount of those in the server
    • an estimate headcount of those who participated in the hunt
    • If you win the hunt, your mod will be contacted and given an allocation of airdrops. If the wallet list exceeds the airdrop quantity, they will be randomly raffled out.

The submission form can be found on the way to the final answer. Winners will not be announced until after a handful of teams have submitted correct answers.

And a final note, safety. You will not need to use your wallet for any part of the treasure hunt. No signing, no transactions, nada. Screw you, scammers.
